The quickest way to reach Ontario.Team is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. You'll deal directly with Ali Sedighi, who leads every engagement. There are no web forms and no booking widgets; just a phone number and an email address.
What happens next
Send a short note
Your business name, city and what you need.
Get a reply
Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.
Plan the next step
If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.
Hours, in Ontario time
Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Translated to an Ontario clock, you can reach us from noon until 9 p.m. Eastern. That overlap is useful: you can reach us after your own workday ends, and Friday-afternoon questions from Toronto or Ottawa still land while we're at our desks.
We usually reply within one business day. Texts sent outside hours are answered the next business morning, Pacific time. Texting is a welcome first step; a short note will do.
What to include in your first message
A useful first message saves a round of questions. You don't need all of this, but the more you share, the more specific the first reply can be:
- Your business and where you serve, for example which Ontario cities or regions.
- What you sell and roughly what an average sale or contract is worth.
- The growth job nobody owns, such as the Google profile, ads, website or follow-up.
- What you've tried before, including any agency, and what happened.
- How you'd like to be contacted and when.
A template you can copy into a text or email:
Hi Ali, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We serve [Cities or regions] and sell [Main service or product]; a typical sale is about [$ amount]. The part of our growth nobody owns right now is [Job]. We've previously tried [Agency, hire or nothing]. Best way to reach me is [Call, text or email] around [Time].
Please don't send passwords or account logins by text or email. If we work together, we'll ask you to add us as a user on each account instead.
What happens next
- Reply. Usually within one business day, either answering your question or suggesting a time to talk.
- Free 30-minute call. We talk through your numbers, the gaps and what you've tried. No slides.
- A written recommendation. If it makes sense, you'll get a short note recommending a growth audit, a project or an embedded growth team, with costs. If it doesn't make sense, we'll say so.
- Access and kickoff. If you go ahead, we start with account access and baseline tracking, as described in our onboarding guide.
Privacy and messages
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We only send email to people who have contacted us first, in keeping with Canada's anti-spam rules, and you can ask us to stop at any time. The privacy page linked in the footer has the details.
If you're comparing several firms
That's sensible, and we'd encourage it. When you talk to any outsourced team, ask the same five questions so the answers are comparable: whose name will the accounts be in, what does a weekly report look like, who leads the work and will you speak to them every week, what does it cost with media spend separated out, and how do you end the arrangement? We're happy to answer all five in writing before a first call.
If you'd rather start small
Not ready for a team? An hour of consulting is a low-commitment way to get a second opinion on your current marketing, your agency's latest report or a plan you're considering. Send the material by email ahead of time so the hour is spent on answers.
Before you get in touch
If you'd like to do some homework first, these pages answer the most common questions:
- Pricing for every range and what drives it.
- FAQ for contracts, ownership and results.
- About for Ali's background and how the team is organised.
Ontario.Team is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and serves businesses across Ontario.
Frequently asked questions
Who will answer when I get in touch?
Ali Sedighi, or a reply on his behalf that says when he'll call. There's no sales team in between; the person you speak with is the person who leads the plan.
Is the first call free?
Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free, with no obligation. If we're not a good fit, we'll say so and, where we can, suggest what to do instead.
Should I call, text or email?
Whichever suits you. Text is quickest for a short question or to arrange a time. Email suits a longer description with numbers. Calls are best once you're ready to talk through your situation.
Will you add me to a mailing list?
No. We only email people who contact us first, and only about their enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
