Results: what the team method produced, and what it means for you

Our published results come from our HVAC work, because that's where the method was built and measured. Below are four of them, what each one shows about running a growth team, and which lessons carry over to other Ontario businesses.

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC work. That's where the growth-team method was built, run week after week and measured. We show it because it's real and checkable, not because your business is a heating company. The useful question is what the method did, and which parts of it transfer.

HeatLand: content as a production line

HeatLand built a library of 850+ SEO articles and recorded a 300% lead increase in 6 months.

What it shows. Volume of useful content, published on a schedule, can move enquiries in a fairly short window, but only when it's organised. A library that size doesn't happen through inspiration; it happens because a content role has a calendar, a brief format and a review step, and because someone decides which questions to answer first.

What transfers. Any Ontario business whose buyers research before calling (renovation, professional services, B2B suppliers, clinics) can run a smaller version: a monthly calendar built from real customer questions, published without fail. The scale changes; the discipline doesn't.

CombiBoiler.ca: a focused offer, measured to ROI

The numbers for CombiBoiler.ca: 300% ROI, 300+ monthly leads, and 500+ page-1 rankings on combi-boiler keywords.

What it shows. Focus pays. The site concentrates on one product category and owns it in search, rather than trying to rank for everything a heating company does. ROI is the headline because the work was measured against revenue, not traffic.

What transfers. Pick the service where your margin is healthiest and your advantage clearest, and give it a dedicated plan: pages, search terms, ads and follow-up. Measure it against revenue from the start. That's exactly what our growth audit sets up.

BoilerPart.ca: structure at scale

With 2,000+ programmatic pages, BoilerPart.ca grew its organic traffic by 180%.

What it shows. Where a business genuinely has thousands of distinct items, such as parts, models or specifications, a structured page system can serve buyers who search for each one. The key word is genuinely: each page carries information a buyer needs.

What transfers. Distributors, parts suppliers and catalogue businesses in Ontario can apply the same thinking. Service businesses with a handful of offerings should not; for them, a few strong pages beat hundreds of near-duplicates, which search engines treat as spam.

CanroHeat.ca: growth through the whole path

CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth.

What it shows. Lead growth of that size rarely comes from one channel. It comes from fixing the website, the search presence and the response process together, so that each improvement compounds.

What transfers. This is the argument for a team rather than a single-channel vendor. The embedded growth team exists to work on every stage at once, in the right order.

What doesn't transfer automatically

Be cautious about three things when reading anyone's case studies, ours included:

  1. Seasonality. Heating businesses have sharp seasonal peaks. Your demand curve may be flatter or shaped differently.
  2. Ticket size. A high-value job justifies a higher cost per lead. Do your own maths using the worked example in our demand work page.
  3. Time. These results took months. A growth team should be judged at the 90-day review and beyond, not at week four.

Reading results honestly

Each of these figures belongs to a named client and links to a live site you can visit. None of them is an average across clients, and none should be read as a forecast for your business. They show what the method can do under real conditions over real time.

How we'll measure your results

On day one we agree a short list of numbers: enquiries by source, cost per enquiry, response times and, where you share it, won work. They go on the weekly scorecard. The full list of HVAC case studies, with links to each live site, is on HVAC.Agency's case-studies page.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have Ontario case studies outside HVAC?

Not published ones. Ontario.Team is a new brand, and we won't present HVAC results as if they came from other industries. We'll explain how the method applies to your business on a first call.

Can you get the same results for my business?

We can't promise that, and nobody should. Results depend on your market, margins, follow-up and how long the plan runs. What transfers is the method and the measurement.

Where can I see the full list of case studies?

The full HVAC case-study list is published at hvac.agency/case-studies, with links to each live client site.
